Rose D. Peragine, Age 96, passed away on March 14, 2023. Rose was born on August 21, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY. She was the daughter of the late Vito Luigi Peragine and Maria Assunta Peragine. She is survived by her two sisters Antionette C. Peragine of New Rochelle, NY and Laura A. Leahy of Lagrangeville, NY. Rose had two brothers that predeceased her, Louis S. Peragine and Frank A. Peragine.

She worked as a Mail Teller at Barclays Bank in New Rochelle for 30 years before retiring. Rose was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend to all of her family and friends. She was a gentle soul that was very talented and creative making a lot of her own clothes. Rose was a communicant of The Church of the Holy Family in New Rochelle. For many years, she was part of their Prayer Group and loved singing at the Prayer Group gatherings. She was also on the prayer line at The Church of the Holy Family and was always praying for those that were in need. She was filled with the Holy Spirit and lived a life as an example of peace and love. Rose was an amazing member of our family who will be missed beyond measure. Rest in Peace Rosie. We will miss you.
