Rose Marie Kearin, a longtime resident of New Rochelle and Pound Ridge, died on September 24, 2022. She was 86.
Rose Marie was born on February 4, 1936 in New Rochelle, to the late Elmer and Mary (McManus) Gibbons.
She graduated from St. Gabriel’s High School and worked for many years as an Accounting Supervisor for AT&T where she was a member of their Pioneer’s Club.
She enjoyed reading, needlepoint, cooking and spending time with her husband in their house in Ireland.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years Daniel Kearin; her two sons Michael and Thomas Kearin; her 3 grandchildren: Amanda, Daniel and Thomas and her brother James Gibbons and a large extended family both here and in Ireland. She was predeceased by her brother Philip.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday 4-7pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc. 16 Shea PL., New Rochelle. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Wednesday 10:30am at Holy Family Church. Interment will be private.
