Italia DeChiara, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on April 14, 2022 She was 80.
Italia was born on January 22, 1942 in Naples, Italy to the late Raffele and Caterina (Negre) Turco.

She is survived by Cresenzo Sergio DeChiara, Maria Rosaria DeChiara, Caterina DeChiara and Sandra DeChiara; her six grandchildren: Sergio, Christopher, Gianna, Anthony, Julia and Roman.

Visiting will be Tuesday 4-8pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Entombment will follow at St Raymond Cemetery
