Paul C Finlay, died a peaceful death on April 28, 2021 at his home. Paul was a lifelong resident of New Rochelle, where he attended Holy Family School, Albert Leonard Middle School and New Rochelle High School and then served in the U.S. Marines. He leaves his beloved wife Mary Ann (Carino) of almost 60 years and son Paul of Central Islip and daughter, Kathleen Mary and son-in-law, Paul Attinello of New Rochelle, his beautiful grandchildren, Julia Attinello of New York City and Paul Attinello (Carolyn) of Baltimore, Maryland and a great grandfather to adorable Madison Claire Attinello of Baltimore, Maryland, sister Jane Mulligan of Del Ray, Florida and brother, Tommy of Fort Worth. Florida and many nieces and nephews. Paul is predeceased by his brother Edward Finlay and sister Judy Di Renzo.

Paul loved gardening and growing flowers. He was Member of New Rochelle Irish Benevolent Society and loved belonging to the Davenport Club. Also his love of cooking made him quite a cook. Having family dinner and entertaining was a favorite pastime. Paul loved to go on cruises and tried to sail every year. He was always happy and smiling and always had a kind word to everyone he knew. He will be missed by all..

Visiting Hours will be Sunday 4-7pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc. 16 Shea Pl. New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday 10:30am at Holy Family Church. Interment is private.
