Maria A Cordola, 100, Mt. Vernon, passed away on April 6, 2021. Born on January 14, 1921 in Cassano dei Murge, Italy. Predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Paul. She leaves behind sons Michael (Janice), Enzo and granddaughters Nicole, Kristen (Johnny). She loved to cook traditional Italian meals for her family; her secret recipes will be missed. She also worked as a seamstress for many years and loved to alter her granddaughters’ costumes. Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in White Plains on Thursday, April 8 at Noon. Interment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY.
