Dolores Baldassari (Dee) passed away on March 9th, 2021 at Einstein Hospital in the Bronx, NY.
Dee was born on May 9th, 1944 in the Bronx, NY to Santo and Helen Riccobono. She was married to Laurence J Baldassari Jr.(dec.) on June 1973, and were togetherfor 42 years. Their daughter Pamela was born in 1974 and their son Laurence was born in 1981. Dee was a homemaker while her kids were young. She was an enthusiastic volunteer for the PTG at Santa Maria School in the Bronx, worked Friday night bingo for the church, and organized epic flea markets. She later worked at Pelham High School in the cafeteria. When her grandchildren Nicholas and Isabella came along she enjoyed watching them during the day.
Dolores is survived by her daughter Pamela Baldassari (Averill Park, NY), Laurence J Baldassari (Bronx, NY) and his wife Lisa Baldassari (nee Mercorelli), grandson Nicholas Baldassari, granddaughter Isabella Baldassari, brother Richard Riccobono, sister in law Camille Riccobono (Pelham, NY) sister in law Lori Riccobono, nephews :Joseph Riccobono, Anthony Riccobono, John Riccobono, nieces : Nicole Riccobono, Brianna Riccobono, Mandi Cacciottoli her husband Eric Cacciottoli, and great nephew Jaxon Cacciottoli.
She is predeceased by her husband Laurence John Baldassari Jr, and her brother Joseph Riccobono (Pelham, NY).
Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 1-3 & 5-8pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, Inc., 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle. A funeral Mass will be on Tuesday at 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment to follow at St. Raymond’s Cemetery.
