Anthony Pandolfino, 78, died unexpectedly on January 2, 2021 at 9:38pm. He was the child of Emmanuel and Christine Pandolfino and grew up in the rich neighborhood of Little Italy in the Bronx. Anthony served as a New Rochelle police officer for 24 years. He was proud to serve his community with integrity and compassion.
He is survived by his wife Terrie Pandolfino of 55 years of marriage. His children Christine, Lisa, and Diana. His son in laws Robert Ryan, Mark Tammone, and Gary Doubrava. His loving grandchildren Shannon Anne, Emily, T.J., Conor, Caitlin, Nikki, Anthony, and Daniel. As well as his beloved Aunt Diana Ciardello and his Florida family, his cousins Christine, Dennis, Roy, Diana, Steven, and Maria.
Anthony’s greatest role was as a father and grandfather. He seldom missed birthdays, sports games, graduations, moving his grandkids into college, or ever let a week go by without calling. A proud father and grandfather, he was there for everything.
To his children and grandchildren, he always said, if you have one friend in this world you are rich. That being so, Tony Pandolfino was a wealthy, wealthy man. Terrie Pandolfino, his wife, his best friend, his buddy, stuck by his side through everything. His children and grandchildren loved and adored him. Our Dad never met a stranger. Everyone was a friend. The world was a better place with him in it. Rest In Peace Daddy.
