Louis Nardella

Louis Nardella, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, but a “Bronx Boy” at heart died on July 1, 2020. He was 65. Louis was born on February 12, 1955 in the Bronx to Anthony and Josephine (Marinello) Nardella.
He worked for many years as a union carpenter foreman for the Ess &Vee Acoustics. He was a member of Local 157 Carpenter’s Union.
He is survived by his wife, the love of his life, the former Gina Cassara whom he married on July 26, 1998; his son, who was his best friend, Jake and his brother Anthony (Connie) Nardella; his father-in-law Jake Cassara, his sister-in law Jackie Grasso ; his nieces Alexandra Grasso and his nephews Anthony Grasso and Anthony Nardella; and the Verderame family whom he worked with for many years.
He was adored by his family and many friends. He had an infectious smile and had a storybook marriage in which he devoted his life to his wife Gina “Jenny” and son Jake.
His passions, in addition to his family, was taking care of his Koi pond, smoking his favorite cigars, and riding his Harley with his friends. There will be a private family and friends visiting Monday at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel Chapel. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Tuesday 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery.
