Carol Ramsewak was born in Trinidad on September 19th, 1949 and has 9 siblings. She always spoke of her days in Trinidad working and managing Royal Bank. She met Kenneth Ramsewak, that she fell in love with in Trinidad and shared 45 years of marriage. Carol had two beautiful daughters, Caren Delgrosso and Candice Zaffuto who will miss her dearly. The family moved to NY on Father’s day of 1989. She hated NY winters and loved the hot summer days. Caren is married to Frank Delgrosso and have twin boys, Dylan and Gavyn. Candice is married to Vincent Zaffuto and have two wonderful daughters, Nicolette and Natalia.

If you had a mother, wife, grandmother like ours, an absolute saint, you would wonder why she would have to leave the world so young and this way. Our hearts are broken knowing that she is never going to talk to us on the phone again, never going to overcook for a family gathering, never hug her us or her grandkids again. Carol lived for everyone but herself, never swore and would make you feel loved no matter who you were. She baked for her neighbors and the front desk staff at her apartment building. Carol just lived for helping others.
