Frank R. Friscia of Fishkill NY, a former resident of New Rochelle Passed away on February 14, 2018 at the age of 71. Visitation will be on Friday from 4-8pm with a funeral mass being held on Saturday at 9:30am Holy Name Church. Interment will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
