Marilyn Sylvia Kroning, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, departed on December 1, 2017. She was 81 years of age.
Marilyn was born on August 22, 1936 in Pelham to the late Harold and Theresa Hocking. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years who passed away on November 25, 2017. In addition, she was predeceased by her 2 loving sons Gregory S. Kroning and Harold C. Kroning. She is survived by her loving and devoted son Neil Matthew Kroning and her beloved granddaughters Kelsey and Lindsey Kroning. Visiting will be Friday evening 6-9pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Saturday 10:00am at Holy Family Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.
