Cesar J. Conceicao, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, and current resident of New Jersey, died on January 1, 2017. He was 88.
Visiting hours will be Thursday 4-8pm
A funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church
Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
