Maria Rizzo, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on August 24, 2016. She was 91.
Maria was born on June 4, 1925 in Italy to the late Francesco and Maria Giuseppa (Sgro) Cambria.
She was predeceased by her husband Cosimo.
She is survived by her children Nino, Maria Santa, Anna Maria, Domenico, Sal, John and Giuseppina; her 23 grandchildren and her 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Frank.
Visiting will be on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, Inc., 16 Shea Pl., New Rochelle. A Mass will be held on Friday at St. Joseph Church 11am. Entombment will follow Ferncliff Cemetery.
