GILBRIDE. Ellen (Morrissey) Gilbride of New Rochelle died peacefully on April 9 surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Ellen, known as Eileen to her friends and family, was born in 1930 in Rathkeale, County Limerick, Ireland. Eileen emigrated to the US as a young woman and initially worked as a nanny.
