Russell E. McCormick, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on May 1, 2015. He was 60.
Russell was born on August 15, 1954 in Amityville to Paul and Marion (Talt) McCormick. He attended Blessed Sacrament School and Graduated from New Rochelle High School. Russell earned an Associate Degree from Cobbleskill State College, a Bachelor Degree from Maryland University and a Masters Degree from Mercy College. He was a Special Education Teacher for many years with the NYC School District.

In addition to his parents Paul and Marion, he is survived by his loving wife the former Teresa Rosales; his two sons Russell and Alexander; his brother Paul and many cousins and friends. He always had a passion for his plants, flowers and his architectural landscape designs.
Visiting Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle. A funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment is private.
