Robert J. Patrella, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on December 16, 2014. He was 72.
Robert was born on October 6, 1942 in the Bronx to the late Larry and Edmea (Severino) Kent. Robert worked for many years as a Telecommunication’s Technician and as a Special Education Assistant in the New Rochelle Schools. He was a proud musician who in addition to being a vocalist, played the electric base.
He is survived by his wife the former Adele Damiani whom he married on May 2, 1976; his children Nanci (Robert) Dupuis, Nicholas Patrella and Robert Patrella and his sister Adrienne (Doug Nelkin) Patrella.
Visiting Thursday 4-8pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday 9:30am at Holy Family Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
