Louis Aiello a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died peacefully at home on July 18, 2014. Louis was born in San Fili Italy, on February 13, 1917, . Louis and his wife Elvira were the proprietors of Aiello’s Custom Tailoring shop located first in New Rochelle and later moved to Larchmont. He was a former member of the Casa Calabria Society in New Rochelle
He was predeceased by his wife the former Elvira Pantano whom he married
in 1948. She died on March 19, 2002.
He is survived by his daughter Rosemary (John) McDonough, his son Aldo (Sharon) Aiello; his grandchildren Shannon and Michael and a great grandson Michael John. He enjoyed gardening, wine making and spending time with his family.

Visiting will be Sunday 3-7 pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday 9:30am at Holy Family Church. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
