Dr. Michael A Eufemio of Eastchester died on December 27, 2013. He was 79.

Michael was born on July 13, 1934 in New Rochelle to the late James Rocco and Millie (DiPiero) Eufemio.

He was an Endocrinologist in New Rochelle for over Forty years and was one of the Founders of Calvary Hospital in the Bronx.

He is survived by his wife the former Jean Marie Weirich whom he married on June 4, 1960; his two daughters Karen Eufemio and Gina Eufemio; his son Michael; his grandchildren Rebecca, Allison, Emily Martha and Conor. He was predeceased by his son James Robert Eufemio and his daughter Martha Ann Eufemio.

Visiting will be Sunday from 2-6 pm at Lloyd Maxcy and Sons Beauchamp Chapel, Inc. 16 Shea Place New Rochelle where a funeral service will take place on Sunday at 6pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Calvary Hospital.
