Grace Veronica Brogan, a longtime resident of New Rochelle and formerly of Somers, died on November 23, 2013. She was 88.

Mrs. Brogan was born on January 27, 1925 in New York City to the late Charles and Mary (Lynch Scott) McBurnie. She married John Brogan, who predeceased her in 1972. She was a manager for Putnam Country Club in Mahopac, New York for many years.

She is survived by her daughter Joanne (Jerre Holbrook) Brogan and her sister Mildred Clark. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son Michael J. Brogan, her brothers Thomas and Charles McBurnie and her sisters Joan Mackenzie and Mary Pagano.

A Memorial Mass will be scheduled at Grace Episcopal Church, 116 City Island Avenue, Bronx, NY 10464 on December 7, 2013 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Grace Episcopal Church or Part of the Solution, 2759 Webster Avenue, Bronx, New York 10458.
